Claim Your Passport

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I walk in without an appointment?

No. Online appointment is MANDATORY. No walk-in applications are accepted. You must book through passport.gov.ph.

Can I use photocopies of my documents?

No. You must bring ORIGINAL documents. Photocopies, even if notarized, are not accepted. Documents must also be unlaminated.

What if only one parent can attend for a minor's application?
